The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing telephone and e-mail support on ChildPlus Software to new and existing clients.
The Technical Support Representative will:
- Provide telephone/email support for proprietary database software package used by Head Start/Early Head Start agencies
- Help clients with installation and configuration of software
- Provide assistance to clients in areas of inputting data, running reports and system/maintenance routines
- Correct client data by using SQL commands
- Document bugs and work with development to correct them
- Enhance the software's features by documenting user's suggestions
Skills/Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Additional, desirable skills include:
- Knowledge of Head Start/Early Head Start
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Experience using SQL
- Experience using ChildPlus.net
The Technical Support Representative will report to:
- The Director of Technical Support
Location & Travel:
- The position is at the ChildPlus corporate office in Atlanta, GA near I-285 and GA-400.
- No travel required but may be requested occasionally.
The Account Executive performs sales and customer relation activities for ChildPlus Software products. The Account Executive will report to the Director of Business Development.
The Account Executive Representative will:
- Assist ChildPlus users and potential users with information regarding the software
- Assist ChildPlus users with product information, licensing and support information
- Perform demonstrations highlighting features of ChildPlus to potential users
- Thoroughly track customer interaction information in the company’s software CRM system
- Fulfill orders and trial version requests
- Create sales proposals and bids
- Initiate accounting process related to orders
- Track and report sales information
- Attend conferences and meetings to discuss the benefits of ChildPlus Software to new and existing users
- Various other tasks related to sales and marketing of ChildPlus Software products

Travel:
- The position will require some travel. ChildPlus will pay all travel expenses.
