All-in-One Attendance

Attendance is now all in one platform: ChildPlus Online! “All-In-One Attendance” eliminates the hassle of managing Attendance data across multiple platforms.

Multiple Sign-In/Sign-Out

Track daily attendance more accurately by recording when a participant leaves and returns to a classroom on the same day!

Set Attendance for Multiple Days

Record multiple days of Attendance for one child (or several) all at once!

Traditional Menu View Now Available in ChildPlus Online

Customize your menu experience in ChildPlus Online to fit your preference! Choose the traditional menu view to see all menu options at once, or the drop-down menu to save space when using a smaller screen.

New “Signed-In By” Dropdown Field

Require the adult signing for a participant to select their printed name from a dropdown menu. Now, staff can clearly read the name of the adult who signed for the participant! This is especially helpful if the adult’s signature is hard to read.

Set Virtual Classroom Status & Create Schedules

Set statuses for Virtual Days and create schedules for Closures!

Quick and Easy Attendance Entry

Enter Attendance data at lightning-fast speed with all-new Quick Entry tools!

Quickly access even more critical participant info in the pop-up screen when you click a child’s name!

Three New Ways to Customize the Family Pre-application

In ChildPlus 6.5, there are three new innovative ways to customize the Family Pre-application! They allow staff to capture the exact information they need from families and help them complete the Pre-application even more efficiently!

Restrict Staff Login Access to ChildPlus Online

Administrators can restrict staff’s login access to ChildPlus Online during specific time periods. This will help increase the security of agency data, prevent staff from working outside of normal work hours in ChildPlus Online, and deter them from logging on from a personal device!

The CDC has updated their growth charts to include exceptionally high BMIs. ChildPlus has adjusted our growth charts to reflect this change. This means Content Area Managers can identify children with these high BMIs to provide them additional support and care.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this update an additional cost or included in the current license?

The features that are coming to ChildPlus 6.5 are included as part of your current license.

Are reminders still going to be available for Personal To-Do List Calendars?

The ability to set reminders for appointments on your Personal To-Do List Calendar is no longer available in ChildPlus Online. In addition to not being used frequently, it was possible to miss reminders unless you were signed in to ChildPlus Desktop to view them. ChildPlus Online can send emails with a link to access your To-Do Lists. To continue receiving reminders about appointments on your Personal To-Do List Calendar in advance though, we recommend using a third-party application (Microsoft Outlook™, Google Calendar™) to set reminders.
