Is there a cost to attend?
Our User Group Meetings are free to attend for ChildPlus users and agencies considering switching to ChildPlus. These meetings are designed to share knowledge, best practices, and tips and tricks.
How are meetings structured?
The meetings are collaborative and self-taught by other attendees of the group. Attendees are expected to bring some knowledge to the group unless they are brand new to using ChildPlus.
What should I bring to the meeting?
Be sure you bring your laptop (with power cord), pen or pencil, notepads, etc.
Are meals provided?
Meals are not typically included. However, if meals are provided, there will be a note in the announcement for the meeting.
How many people can attend per agency?
We don’t limit the amount of people attending per agency. However, we may need to make modifications if registration is full.
What topics are covered?
Each region has its own agenda that covers topics pertinent to its attendees, meaning each region has different topics. Make sure to communicate with your group leader if you want a certain topic covered.
Who organizes the meetings?
The meetings are organized by each region’s leader with administrative assistance from ChildPlus.

Approved User Group leaders submit the following form and a ChildPlus staff member will respond within 24 hours.
